Gym Rat Boxing and Fitness is dedicated in providing its members a safe, fun and challenging workout in a personable way.

We are located 10 minutes from downtown Orlando and 4 miles south from the SoDo shopping complex. We are in the Fort Gatlin Shopping Center.
