Group Classes
How Do Boxers Get Those Bodies?
If you're looking for a variety in your fitness routine, try the Boxer's Workout. You will work through traditional 3 minute "rounds" of heart pumping fun with a 1 minutes rest in between rounds.
 
A typical workout includes warm-ups, shadowboxing, heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope, mitt work, stomach work and the all important calisthenics (boxers count on it for endurance!).
 

Personal Training
What To Expect With A Personal Training Session
First any pre-existing health issues, injuries, or limitations are addressed. Secondly a complete and thourough fitness evaluation will be established through a baseline of cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility. Once that is done we will then discuss what your personal workout will involve based on your fitness level and needs.
 
Youth Classes
The First Step to Amateur Boxing
Learn the correct form, techniques, footwork, combinations and shadowboxng that amateur boxersand pro's use to succeed and progress in the art of boxing. This class requres particpants to have focus, discipline, and dedication. If a student has the desire, participating in U.S.A. Boxing amateur events may be the next step in their advancement as a young athlete.
 
Open to ages 9- 16. Male or Female. Class runs Monday - Friday from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
